Each year there are many scootering activities organised and the best place to obtain details of these is from the "Scootering" publication.
Listed here in the main will be events organised by Vespa Club branches in the UK and Europe, to which the BVC will be going.

During the winter period 2004/2005 our club meetings will be held at the Black Lion, Patcham 8.00pm on the first Thursday of each month commencing 4th November 2004

Events during 2004

	May	Exhibition & Club launch event Follow link for details
		VVC / VCB Cheltenham Rally Roger and Ashley undertook a 320 mile round trip to do this event – being held to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Cheltenham Vespa club. We met up with our “long distance” members – Peter Harris, Matthew Phillips and Brian Freehold. Brighton Vespa Club had a stand to advertise its activities.
	June	Quadrophenia 25th anniversary run from Beachy Head Several of us took part in this event, which inevitably ended up at Madeira Drive.
	July	VVC Rally Deanland Organised by us on behalf of the Veteran Vespa Club, this event was blessed with perfect weather and a good turnout. Brian organised a sixty mile ride out around East Sussex.
		Eurovespa Lisbon Our intrepid EuroVespa adventurer, Roger Smith, went on his own this year all the way to Lisbon and back on his 1964 SS180.
	August	Isle of Wight Rally Brooke, Ashley and Roger travelled on the Saturday thus avoiding the bad weather. We met up with Matthew who had come down the previous day and got drenched.
	September	Vespa Club of Essex Rally Roger did this one on his own, going all the way to Maldon.
		Mods and Rockers reunion Madeira Drive A number of us got to Madeira Drive early, as the picture shows, to beat the expected crowds. These did indeed materialise.
	October	Visit to Lambretta Museum at Weston Don and Brooke did a 350 mile round trip to round off the year.
	November	Quadrophenia 25th Anniversary film show Club members joined the stars and crew at the Duke of York's Theatre and Grand Hotel
